Footage of Ukrainian defenders using a ground-based drone to capture a Russian reconnaissance UAV that landed in the “gray zone” has been released.

The video of the capture of the enemy drone was published in the @lost_warinua Telegram channel.

According to the Defense Blog, the Russian Orlan-30 UAV was forced to make an emergency landing as a result of the electronic warfare system influencing it.

After that, Ukrainian defenders probably used an aerial drone to detect an enemy drone between their own positions and those of the Russian invaders in the so-called “gray zone.”

Ukrainian defenders used a wheel unmanned ground vehicle to retrieve this drone from the landing site.

The Ukrainian aerial drone observed the process of evacuating the enemy UAV, the video of which probably helped to correct the movement of the ground drone.

The Ukrainian military is increasingly using various unmanned ground platforms to perform tasks, in particular on the front lines.

A small drone for the military to clear the ways of assault group movement was developed in Ukraine.

The vehicle can be operated from a safe distance without risk to military personnel.

It is equipped with a rotating chain device for demining.
