Sargan-3000 USV Shoots Down Russian Shahed Using Turret

The Ukrainian Sargan-3000 USV successfully shot down a Russian Shahed using a machine gun.

The Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine released footage of the Sargan-3000 in combat use.

To engage the aerial target, the drone used the Protector 12.7 mm RWS combat module mounted on it.

The weapon station consists of a unit equipped with electro-optical sights.

The Sargan-3000 was officially adopted into service with the Ukrainian Naval Forces in April 2026.

The USV is designed to carry out combat missions at considerable distances from the Ukrainian coast.

The vehicle has a combat radius of up to 1,600 km.

It can reach speeds of 40 to 55 knots and carry up to 450 kg of payload.

In September, the Sargan-3000 was also used against a Russian USV.

The Ukrainian drone destroyed it with machine-gun fire during the first-ever battle between unmanned naval platforms.
