Volodymyr Stepanets is the founder of SkyLinker. He has extensive experience in creating and distributing educational materials, practical guides, and analytical content on Starlink satellite internet and other modern communication solutions. His work covers both technical analysis and research, as well as practical user guidance for operating in the most challenging environments. In 2022, he founded the “People’s Starlink” community, which became one of Ukraine’s largest knowledge-sharing platforms dedicated to satellite communications. Under his coordination, training courses were developed, a series of practical studies was conducted, and large-scale projects were organized to support the needs of the Ukrainian military.
