The U.S. military has ordered an additional 1,320 F10 strike FPV drones from Ukrainian company F-Drones.
F-Drones told Militarnyi that the drones were ordered as part of the Drone Dominance Program.
Drone Dominance is a $1 billion U.S. Department of Defense program under which small strike drones are to be procured over the next two years.
More than 200,000 drones are planned to be procured under the program by 2027.
The Ukrainian company ranks second among participants in the program’s first stage by the size of the additional order.
The additional F10 order is to be fulfilled by the end of November.
F-Drones expects to receive Ukrainian export authorization in time to fulfill the contract within the specified deadline.
F-Drones’ production capacity allows it to fulfill additional orders without affecting deliveries of drones to the front lines.
“Ukrainian defenders receive our drones on time and in full,” said F-Drones CEO Stanislav Khutor.
The F10 was the first Ukrainian drone to receive official authorization for export to the United States.
The first batch of 2,000 drones ordered by the U.S. military under the Drone Dominance program was shipped to the Pentagon in July.
F-Drones is represented in the U.S. market by UDD Tech Corp.
