The Serhii Prytula Foundation, together with Serhii Sternenko, collected UAH 352 million. Funds were allocated to purchase the kamikaze drones for the Ukrainian military.
Serhii Prytula announced this on social media.
The “Revenge” fundraising campaign was announced on October 10, during a massive Russian missile attack on Ukraine.
In total, 142 drones were purchased for UAH 351 434 900.
Serhii Prytula did not specify which drones were purchased, however, he shared the characteristics of the UAVs.
UAH 200,000 were spent on 50 drones weighing 30 kg with a flight range of 800 km;
UAH 100 226 300 were spent on 50 drones weighing 3 kg with a flight a range of 30 km;
UAH 51,168,600 were spent on 42 drones weighing 8 kg with a flight range of 200 km.
“The invaders will not be able to relax near the front line, or in the deep rear, or anywhere even if the “cotton” was not yet smelt… before! Once again, I would like to sincerely thank all the good people who joined the campaign,” Serhii Prytula shared.
The remaining balance of UAH 565,100 will be spent to purchase the Valkyria UAV system.
Previously, Serhii Prytula and Serhii Sternenko released a video capturing a part of the drones purchased with these funds.
“These drones, as we stated, will fly up to 30 km and destroy Russian equipment, and what is even more important – their air defense equipment,” Serhiy Sternenko spoke about the drones caught on video.
Previously, it was announced that Ukrainian specialists would turn the captured Russian Т-62 tank into the evacuation ARV with the support of the Serhiy Prytula Foundation.
