Ukroboronprom signed three international memorandums at DFNC3.

During meetings and negotiations with partners at DFNC3, the company’s delegation agreed to cooperate.

“The Ukrainian delegation presented new developments and capabilities of the defense industry, focusing on projects that can be implemented directly in Ukraine,” said Herman Smetanin, CEO of JSC Ukroboronprom, on his Telegram channel.

LeVanta Tech

A cooperation agreement has been signed with the American company LeVanta Tech Inc. on the “float-and-fly” concept. It is about creating a vehicle capable of operating both in the air and on water.

The parties also agreed to jointly develop solutions to increase the speed and stability of unmanned systems.

LeVanta Tech is interested in developing production in Ukraine and organizing training programs for Ukrainian specialists.

Escribano

The Spanish company Escribano Mechanical & Engineering will continue to cooperate with Ukraine in modernization of armored vehicles with combat modules.

At the DFNC3, the parties consolidated new agreements on the development of air defense and further improvement of armored vehicles.

It is about deepening technological integration and expanding the production of modern combat systems.

Romarm

The possibility of joint production of unmanned platforms and technical solutions was discussed with the Romanian company Romarm.

The parties also plan to attract investments to finance defense projects and create joint development programs.

Ukroboronprom emphasized that the signed agreements are real steps towards the deployment of joint capabilities in Ukraine.

“We thank our partners for their willingness to cooperate and concrete actions that accelerate the implementation of projects,” the company said.

They also added that the Ukrainian defense industry is becoming a significant player in the international market, able to offer its own solutions and create high-tech products together with foreign partners.

As a reminder, it was also recently reported that armored ambulances MEDIGUARD from Germany, assembled in Ukraine, are already operating at the front.
