According to the Russian military, the strike was carried out on the night of November 3, 2024, when most of the soldiers were already resting in their tents.

The tents were occupied by the soldiers of the 102nd Motorized Rifle Regiment of the 150th Guards Motorized Rifle Division.

The strike was carried out by an unidentified drone not far east of the city of Novocherkassk at the following coordinates (47.514745, 40.230010).

The losses among the Russian military are unknown. As the author notes in his video, the drone struck the tents where conscripts were housed.
