Drones hit an oil refinery in Slavyansk-on-Kuban, Krasnodar Krai.
Local residents of the city posted videos of the attack on the oil refinery.
According to witnesses, they first heard the sound of a flying drone in the sky, followed by an explosion on the territory of the oil refinery.
A total of eight drones attacked the plant, targeting the atmospheric-vacuum oil distillation system.
According to some sources, the drones did manage to destroy two AVT-6 systems (an atmospheric-vacuum oil distillation system) at the oil refinery, which could take about a year to repair.
In turn, the Russian media reported that all the drones were shot down, but a strong fire broke out as a result of the fall of one of them.
In total, 83 rescuers and more than 25 units of special equipment were involved in extinguishing the fire.
The Russian Ministry of Defense officially reported the destruction of 35 drones, but it is unclear how they were destroyed.
Also, on the morning of March 17, drones attacked the Domodedovo International Airport in Moscow.
According to Russian media, all the drones were shot down, but it is unclear why the local population could spot explosions at the airport.
On the night of Friday, March 15, drones hit an oil refinery in the Kaluga region of Russia.
