In three days, Ukrainian Bayraktar ТВ2 destroyed 8 Т-72 tanks

Bayraktar TB2 drones actively destroy enemy military equipment. The Ukrainian military is increasingly using combat drones after our fighters managed to weaken the air defense of the invaders during the summer.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said that in three days, Turkish-made Ukrainian attack drones destroyed 8 Т-72 tanks and other enemy weapons.

The military also released a video of the Bayraktar`s combat missions. The footage portrays the defeat of the Russian Т-72 tank in the Kherson region.

“Within three days, from August 31 to September 2, a pair of Bayraktar ТВ-2 UCAVs destroyed enemy equipment with a total cost of about $26.5 million.

These are 8 Т-72 tanks (estimated cost of one – $3 million), one 2S3 Acacia self-propelled guns ($1.6 million), IFV ($0.6 million) and howitzers ($0.3 million). Five Т-72 tanks and one IFV for $1.85 million were also damaged,” the General Staff said.

The total cost of Russian equipment destroyed and damaged by combat drones amounted to $28.35 million.

“Effective Turkish Bayraktar in the skillful hands of our soldiers is a powerful weapon!” the message conveyed.

One of the unmanned vehicles that destroyed the enemy these days, our military received from friendly Lithuania. The Bayraktar TB2 drone with the name Vanagas (Hawk) arrived in Ukraine on July 9.

Earlier, the video of the combat use of the Bayraktar TB2 drone, the funds for which were collected in Lithuania, was published by the country’s Minister of Defense, Arvydas Anušauskas.

The defeat of the trailer howitzer`s crew, probably Russian 122mm D-30, fell into the frame.

Recently, several videos appeared on the network that demonstrate the destruction of Russian forces from the air.

New videos of combat use indicate that Bayraktar TB2 drones are again actively using their strike capabilities against the Russian invaders.
