Ukrainian Defense Industry Offers Jobs to Ukrainians Returning from Poland

The Ukrainian Defense Industry JSC has launched the “Return of Ukrainians” program in Poland, offering employment opportunities at the company’s enterprises.

The press service of the Ukrainian Defense Industry announced this.

The program aims to provide Ukrainians with the opportunity to return from abroad and find employment at the defense enterprises of the Ukrainian Defense Industry.

They are offered stable employment, social protection, as well as opportunities for development and growth.

According to Andrii Vereshchaka, Director of the Personnel Management Department at the Ukrainian Defense Industry, the company has conducted preparatory work at its enterprises. It also maintains contact with leaders of Ukrainian communities in Poland, public and volunteer organizations, the Ministry of National Unity of Ukraine, and the Ukrainian Embassy in Poland.

Ukrainians who wish to return to their homeland and have the skills and experience in demand at defense enterprises can expect employment at the Ukrainian Defense Industry.

Currently, meetings and interviews with Ukrainian internally displaced persons are taking place at the representative office of the joint-stock company “Ukrainian Defense Industry” in Poland.

In the future, interviews will also be available to conduct online.

One of the Ukrainian Defense Industry’s enterprises has signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Spanish company Escribano Mechanical & Engineering, which specializes in producing modern combat modules.

As part of the partnership, the agreement includes technical maintenance and repair of Spanish-made combat modules, joint development of new weapon models, as well as licensed production of this equipment at Ukrainian enterprises.

The Ukrainian Defense Industry has also signed a memorandum of cooperation with Rheinmetall outlining the possibility of creating another joint venture.

According to the agreement, the parties intend, in the future, based on separate agreements, to begin joint work on establishing manufacturing facilities in Ukraine for the production of artillery ammunition.
