Russian firefighters have escaped from the Kavkazskaya oil transshipment point in the Krasnodar Krai, which is on fire. The facility has been on fire for three days after the drone strike.

Last night, a new powerful explosion occurred there. The corresponding video was published by the Astra Telegram channel.

After that, an uncontrolled fire started at the oil transshipment point. Local authorities advised residents not to go outside.

In the video, one of the eyewitnesses or rescuers says that fire equipment and firefighters themselves stopped trying to extinguish the facility in the morning. The Russians are now waiting for all the oil stored there to burn out.

The fire at the Kavkazskaya oil transshipment point in the Kuban started on the night of March 19 after a drone attack.

The explosion caused depressurization of oil tanks, which led to a large-scale fire.

Also today, a video was shared online, allegedly from a firefighter who was at the facility.

He states that on the night of March 21, there was allegedly a second drone strike on this Russian oil transshipment point.

The man in the video claims that there were three drones that hit the oil tanks. There are also allegedly wounded among the rescuers. They were taken away by ambulances.

However, no one has officially confirmed this information. There is also no video of the alleged second attack on the Kavkazskaya oil transshipment point.

The Kavkazskaya oil transshipment point is an important enterprise involved in a large chain of oil transportation to Novorossiysk, from where it is exported to other countries.

The point itself is designed for transshipment of Russian oil by rail to the pipeline system of the Caspian Pipeline Consortium in the amount of 6 million tons per year. The complex includes a railroad oil terminal and a 15.7 km long connecting pipeline to the Kropotkinskaya oil pumping station, which is part of the Caspian Pipeline Consortium system.
