A Polish Mi-24 attack helicopter allegedly violated Belarusian airspace.

The State Border Committee of Belarus reported on this.

The Polish helicopter was flying at an extremely low altitude, crossed the border, flew 1,200 meters into the territory of Belarus, and then turned back.

The incident occurred in the Berestovitsky district of the Grodno region.

The Polish side was notified of the incident, but Polish officials did not comment on the situation.

Militarnyi reported that on August 1, Belarusian Mi-24 and Mi-8MTV-5 helicopters violated Polish airspace.

It turned out that they flew more than two kilometers into Polish territory.

The incident happened near the village of Białowieża. The Polish Ministry of Defense initially stated that no border crossing was recorded.

Later, the breach was confirmed by the Polish side.

As previously reported, Belarus recently received nuclear warheads from Russia.

Chief of the Ukranian Defense Intelligence Kyrylo Budanov recently has stated he has seen “rather unpleasant documents for Belarus,” namely the original copies of the documents on the results of the training related to the nuclear weapons.

“The Russian 12th Chief Directorate of the Ministry of Defense, the one responsible for these very weapons, wrote that the results of training with nuclear simulators for the Iskander system, which are available in small quantities in Belarus, proved the complete unpreparedness of Belarus to operate such weapons,” the Intelligence Chief summarized.
