An oil storage tank is on fire in the Bryansk region of the Russian Federation.
Alexander Bogomazov, governor of the region, reported this.
The fire occurred in the Surazh district of the region. The area on fire is 1,800 square meters. Over 80 fire and rescue teams are working on the spot. The airmobile group of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Bryansk region was sent to help them.
No casualties have been reported.
The cause of the fire is also not reported.
Surazh district is located in the northwest of the Bryansk region and does not border the territory of Ukraine.
As previously reported, on November 16, an explosion occurred at an oil depot in the Oriol region of the Russian Federation.
