The Russian invaders shelled the Dnipropetrovsk region during the night

On the night of May 6, 2022, Russian troops shelled several communities in the Dnipropetrovsk Region with the Grad multiple rocket launcher systems.

This was stated by Valentyn Reznichenko, Regional Military Administration Head, on Telegram

There are no casualties reported as a result of Russian artillery (Grad multiple rocket launchers) strikes.

“Restless night. Russian invaders shelled the Kryvyi Rih and Synelnykove districts. Zelenodolsk and Shyroke communities were hit with the Grad systems. Two villages were affected by the enemy fire. No casualties were reported,” Reznichenko said.

The Russians have also launched a missile strike on the territory of the Pokrovsky community.

According to Reznichenko, the missiles “landed” in a field. People were not affected by the strikes.

Previously, on May 4, Russian troops shelled the Dnipropetrovsk region, damaging two dozen residential buildings.

In the Zaporizhzhia region, the Ukrainian defense forces have neutralized the invaders and seized their armored vehicles. Soldiers of the Ukrainian “Azov Kyiv” Regiment were engaged in the battle against the invaders.

During the battle, some of the invaders were neutralized, and prisoners of war were captured.

A relatively undamaged BMP-2 infantry fighting vehicle was also seized.

“The enemy BMP-2 will be used to our advantage,” the soldiers said.
