At the expense of the community, the Lviv City Hall purchased and transferred pickup trucks, drones, and batteries to the soldiers of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.

The Lviv City Council reported on this.

The equipment was purchased as part of the Lion’s Revenge initiative.

In particular, 2 L200 pickup trucks, 90 Mavic 3/3 Pro drones, and 120 drone batteries worth about UAH 9.1 million were delivered to Ukrainian defenders of various military units.

Militarnyi previously reported that the Lviv City Council transferred 800 FPV drones to the Ukrainian Defense Forces.

In addition to FPV drones, Ukrainian defenders also received six Mavic 3/3T/Autel drones.

The equipment was purchased at the request of military brigades and units.

The city council notes that the city, in accordance with the program of support for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, constantly buys what is urgently needed on the front line or provides subventions for it.

These include drones, vehicles, radios, and various specialized technical items. The procurement is part of the Lion’s Revenge initiative.

Since the beginning of the year, more than UAH 600 million has already been allocated from the Lviv community budget for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Another UAH 500 million is planned to be allocated by the end of this year.

In September, the Come Back Alive Foundation, together with Lviv and the Lviv City Council, launched the Zbroienosci (Squires – Ed.) project.

Within the project, they have launched a fundraising campaign to raise UAH 200 million to provide four brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine with comprehensive and competent supplies.
