Ukrainian Special Operations Forces struck the Semikolodezyanska oil depot and an oil terminal in occupied Crimea using medium-range drones on the night of June 7.
The Special Operations Forces confirmed the operations.
The Semikolodezyanska oil depot in the village of Yedi-Kuyu is located approximately 200 km from the line of contact.
Invading forces use it as a transshipment hub to store and distribute fuel oil, diesel fuel, bitumen, and other petroleum products.
The facility includes nine storage tanks with capacities ranging from 700 to 3,000 cubic meters. Fuel is loaded onto tank trucks and transported across Crimea and other occupied territories for use by Russian forces.
Ukrainian drones also struck an oil terminal in Feodosia, located about 250 km from the front line.
The facility contains seven fuel tanks with capacities of 10,000 and 20,000 cubic meters. It is an oil transshipment terminal handling rail and sea shipments.
The terminal is used to supply fuel to occupied Crimea, including in emergency supply situations on the peninsula.
“The destruction of enemy oil refining infrastructure reduces its economic and logistical capabilities. The Special Operations Forces continue asymmetric actions aimed at strategically weakening the enemy’s ability to wage war against Ukraine,” the command reported.
Earlier, Ukrainian Special Operations Forces and the Security Service of Ukraine used drones to strike the Kronstadt naval base of the Baltic Fleet.
