The Russians tried to force the Irpin River near the village of Moshchun, Buchansky District.

The Militarnyi reported about it with reference to the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

The Ukrainian servicemen pushed back the enemy and now the village is free of occupiers.

In general, in the Polissya direction, the Russians continue occupying the settlements of Poliske, Kukhari, Borodyanka, Andriivka, Motyzhyn, Horenychi, Bucha, and Demydiv.

The enemy is trying to restore the combat effectiveness of units that have suffered heavy losses, regroups and has the idea of blocking Kyiv from the west and southwest.

The preparation and penetration of enemy sabotage and reconnaissance groups in Kyiv is not excluded under the guise of evacuated residents of occupied settlements.
