Satellite Images: New Production Facilities Being Built on the Territory of Alabuga

The start of large-scale construction work has been documented on the territory of the Alabuga Special Economic Zone.

The Dnipro Osint Telegram channel published information about the new construction after analyzing satellite images of the site.

Work has begun in the southern section of the zone, where the construction area covers approximately 340 hectares.

Construction of the new production facilities began in May 2026.

The facility is located about 1,200 km from the Ukrainian border, near the city of Yelabuga in Tatarstan. It manufactures and assembles various models of Shahed/Geran kamikaze drones.

Previously, members of the Black Spark movement infiltrated the plant’s production facilities and stole information from the servers.

It has been reported that for several months they operated undercover, collecting data from servers and downloading databases on individuals involved in assembling the Geran-2 and Geran-3 drones.
