Soldiers from Skelya Regiment Conducted Mop-up in Kostiantynivka

Soldiers of the 425th Assault Regiment “Skelya” successfully cleared the town of Kostiantynivka in the Donetsk region of Russian invaders.

The regiment also reported that the soldiers raised the Ukrainian national flag over the liberated territory.

At the same time, based on the footage, soldiers from the same unit were conducting an operation in the village of Illinivka, located in close proximity to the southern outskirts of Kostiantynivka.

The footage shows the elimination of Russian infantry in urban and rural areas using FPV drones, as well as the raising of the flag at several locations.

According to the General Staff, as of 8:00 a.m. on July 18, nineteen attacks were recorded in the Kostiantynivka sector.

The invaders carried out assault operations in the areas of Kostiantynivka, Ivanopil, and Illinivka, as well as in the directions of Molocharka and Rusyn Yar.

For quite some time now, Russian infantry has been infiltrating the city and its suburbs and attempting to establish a foothold.

As a reminder, on July 17, fighters of the 425th Assault Regiment “Skelya” thwarted an attempt by Russian occupiers to concentrate their forces after infiltrating across the state border in the Kozacha Lopan area of the Kharkiv region.

In addition, representatives of the unit reported that they had completely cleared a section of the state border near the village of Hraniv.

After completing this combat mission, the soldiers evacuated a group of servicemen who had held their positions in the area for 18 days.

In addition, units of the 33rd Assault Regiment successfully stormed Russian positions using the Droid TW 12.7 ground-based robotic system.

The use of the robotic system made it possible to pin down the enemy in their positions, paving the way for their subsequent elimination using strike drones.
