The Defense Intelligence of Ukraine has released an interactive 3D model and a list of more than 50 companies involved in manufacturing the Pantsir-S1 air defense system.
The information was published on the War&Sanctions portal in a special section called Components in Weapons.
In March 2022, Ukrainian forces captured an intact Russian Pantsir-S1 system. After examining it, specialists identified 52 companies supplying critical components for the system.
According to the portal’s data, ten of the identified enterprises are still not subject to international sanctions.
Among them is the Kazan Electrotechnical Plant, which supplies angular acceleration measurement units and backup power supply units that are part of the angular velocity and angular acceleration measurement unit.
Another company, the Technology Commercialization Center, supplies 1VS1-1K computing system modules.
The Armavir Electrotechnical Plant supplies electric fans for the system, while KLTECHNO manufactures seals and mounting brackets. Turbomashkomplekt provides bushings, flanges, and metal plates, and ZARYA-Instrument produces heat sinks, brackets, radiators, and other components.
Spetselektrokomplekt supplies microassemblies, electrical connectors, capacitors, and microchips. Meteor-Kurs manufactures piezoelectric quartz oscillators used in the TVK-2 television channel, while the Saratov Aggregate Plant produces frames, housings, caps, springs, and protective covers for the launcher unit.
