Assistance to Ukraine from Australia is being delivered with an AN-124 “Ruslan”

The Joint Operations Command of Australia has published a photo of loading the military aid to Ukraine.

Ukrainian AN-124-100 aircraft are assisting in speeding up the delivery of weapons.

The photo showcases Bushmaster armored vehicles and M777 howitzers being loaded onto the plane.

“The accelerated airlift of Australian military assistance for the Government of Ukraine is continuing, with the latest load of heavy supplies, including M777 howitzers and Bushmaster protected mobility vehicles being transported by Ukrainian-based Antonov Airlines,” said the statement.

The previous batch of M777 howitzers and associated ammunition were sent to Ukraine in late April.

It was also reported that Bushmaster armored vehicles are already being used by the Ukrainian servicemen.
