SSU Struck the Angelinskaya Oil Depot in the Krasnodar Krai of the Russian Federation

On the night of September 28, the SSU launched a successful strike on the Angelinskaya oil depot in the village of Starozhestebliivska in Russia’s Krasnodar Krai.

According to the SSU, the facility is a key component of the Russian military’s fuel infrastructure.

It ensures uninterrupted storage and supply of petroleum products for the Russian Armed Forces.

The operation was carried out by drones from the SSU’s Alfa Special Operations Center.

Data from NASA’s FIRMS service confirms large-scale fires on the territory of the Angelinskaya oil depot.

Satellite imagery shows temperature anomalies and hotspots in the area where this facility is located.

Drones also attacked the Pavlovsk oil depot operated by LLC NFB-Pavlovskaya, which is likely Lukoil-Yugnefteprodukt.

In addition, the oil depot operated by LLC Edelweiss-95 in Novotitarivska was damaged.

Prior to the attack, at 11:43 p.m., a drone threat warning was issued for the region, after which local residents began reporting drones in the air.

The facility previously suspended operations following a Ukrainian drone attack on the Ilsky Oil Refinery on September 26.

Three primary processing units—AT-4, AT-5, and AT-6—as well as the tank farm were damaged during the strike.
