Russian troops launched missile strikes at a military training area in Rivne region.

The Militarnyi informs about it.

Today, March 21, two missile strikes were launched on a military training area of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Rivne region, head of Rivne Regional Military Administration Vitaliy Koval posted on Telegram.

“Two missile strikes were launched on a military training area,” Head of Rivne Regional Military Administration noted.

According to him, a special commission is currently working on the scene. Details will be announced later.

Rivne Mayor Oleksandr Tretyak said that as a result of missile strikes of the aggressor country on Rivne region, there are wounded.

“According to preliminary data, several people have been wounded. More detail will be reported later,” he noted.

In general, air alarms were heard three times during the night in Rivne region, Koval added.

As reported earlier, on March 19, Russian troops launched a missile strike on ammunition depots in the Ivano-Frankivsk region.

Then the enemy Ministry of Defense stated that Delyatyn’s ammunition depot was hit by hypersonic weapons. Russia allegedly used the Kh-47M2 Kinzhal missile for the first time.

The Kh-47M2 Kinzhal is a Russian nuclear-capable hypersonic aero-ballistic air-to-surface missile. Adopted in 2017. The missile first stage is probably shared with 9K720 Iskander and the guidance section is specifically designed for this missile. The carrier of the missile is the MiG-31 interceptor.
