Occupants announced the general mobilization in temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine

The Russian-occupied authorities have declared the general military mobilization in the territory of Ukraine, which is controlled by the Russian Federation.

The leader of the Kremlin-controlled occupation structures of the so-called “DPR” Denis Pushilin signed a “decree” on general mobilization.

The media controlled by the militants distributed the relevant “document”.

It is about the “order” to arrive at the “military commissariats” to all men from the occupied parts of Donetsk region.

Another separatist leader, Leonid Pasechnik, also issued a general mobilization in the occupied territory of Luhansk region.

The “decree” prohibits men aged 18 to 55 from leaving the so-called “LPR”.

Leonid Pasechnyk allowed the “executive authorities” to seize necessary vehicles and property from businesses and citizens.

Recall that on February 17, the Russian occupation forces began an active escalation in the Donbas with artillery attacks on a number of settlements in Ukraine. The enemy artillery attack caused damaged buildings, communal infrastructure and wounded civilians.

On February 18, Russian occupation forces in Dondas announced the evacuation of inhabitants to the Rostov region.

Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed the government to urgently ensure the payment of 10,000 rubles to each refugee arriving in the Rostov region from Donbass.

It also became known that the video message of the separatist leaders of the so-called “L/DPR” about the evacuation of the inhabitants of Donbass, which were made public on February 18, the occupants recorded on February 16 before the escalation began.
