Norway will allocate $190 million to buy extended-range ammunition to meet the current needs of Ukrainian forces on the front line, likely including 155 mm artillery shells.

Ukrainian Defence Minister Mykhailo Fedorov announced this after a meeting with Norwegian Defence Minister Tore Sandvik.

In addition, Norway will fund the maintenance of Ukraine’s F-16 fighter fleet and launch a joint drone production project with Ukrainian companies (Drone Deal).

The two sides also discussed the possibility of creating a joint European missile defense project.

It is also worth noting that Belgium plans to deliver seven F-16 fighter jets to Ukraine by the end of 2026 as part of its military aid.

The United Kingdom will also provide Ukraine with a new military aid package worth approximately €865 million.

By the end of the year, the British side also plans to deliver more than 350 anti-aircraft missiles and radars, including Lightweight Multirole Missiles (LMM).
