The Danish defense company, which specializes in the production of aerospace products and is a member of the F-35 program, has opened a representative office in Ukraine.
This is reported by the official website of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine.
The opening of the representative office was officially announced by CEO Henriette Hallberg Thygesen during a meeting at the Ministry of Defense.
According to the Ministry of Defense, the main topic of the talks was the cooperation between the Ministry of Defense and Terma A/S in supporting the aircraft fleet of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
First of all, it is about improving and installing missile warning systems, electronic warfare equipment, and modernizing aviation systems.
At the same time, Deputy Minister of Defence for Aviation Development Oleksandr Kozenko invited the management of Terma A/S to consider participating in future projects for the production of military and civilian aircraft in Ukraine.
Earlier, Militarnyi reported that Ukraine’s Odd Systems is teaming up with leading sensor supplier and F-35 program participant Terma A/S to jointly develop an artificial intelligence-based drone interception system.
