Fighters and tactical bombers of the Ukrainian Air Force practiced strikes on the tank columns of the armored vehicles of the conventional enemy.

Commander of the Ukrainian Air Force Lieutenant General Mykola Oleshchuk specifically commended the military pilots, as all entire columns have been exterminated.

Also, in 2021, Ukrainian Su-24M front-line bombers in training began to practice Kh-25ML missile strikes on ground targets.

In January 2022, restriction on the use of missiles of type RS-80 for Мі-type helicopters and Su-24 aircraft were lifted.
