The wreckage of an unknown type of kamikaze drone was found in the Belgorod region.

The X (Twitter) user DanielR published the photos of the wreckage.

They capture an unknown drone that was discovered in the Belgorod region. The author notes that this is not the first time this type of UAV has crashed.

Old photographs of the drone also show the use of C3-6 explosives, indicating that it was used as a kamikaze drone.

The drone is powered by a DLE 170 internal combustion engine manufactured in China. The X user notes that the detailed photos of the engine capture the oil near the exhaust manifold, which may indicate that the engine was malfunctioning, and this is why it could have been lost.

The drone’s fuselage is made of high-quality carbon fiber with aluminum parts.

The manufacturer of these drones and what they are based on is unknown. According to the author, the drone looks similar to a Pakistani kamikaze drone, which is in service with the Pakistan Air Force.

In addition, a similar drone was exhibited at the Pakistan National Aerospace Science and Technology Park (NASTP).

Similar drones that have been spotted in Pakistan do not have any markings or logos that would indicate the drone’s manufacturer or model. Based on the available information, they can be identified as a “YX” kamikaze drone due to the use of this designation on the drone’s keel.

The unknown drone demonstration happened alongside KaGeM V3, developed by the Pakistani RE&RP Group NASTP. The presence of the Baykar logo on the KaGeM V3 may indicate a joint development of this type of UAV with the Turkish company.

The above-mentioned information suggests that these are kamikaze drones that were jointly developed by the Pakistani RE&RP Group and the Turkish Baykar.

During a Turkish Air Force Commander’s visit to NASTP, he was demonstrated the assembly of this mysterious drone. After comparing photos from the production facility and the remains of the drone in Belgorod, it can be argued that the drone discovered in the Belgorod region is a NASTP product due to the similarity of the wing mounts.

Given the complete external and internal similarity of the drones, it is likely that Ukraine received kamikaze drones from Pakistan, developed together with the Turkish Baykar.

It should be noted that Pakistan works closely with Turkey in the development and production of drones and is an active buyer of Turkish Baykar products.
