Ukrainian military had seized the TOS-1A flamethrower system, several were destroyed

The Armed Forces of Ukraine have seized the russian TOS-1A “Solntsepek” volley fire heavy flamethrower system.

Militarnyi reports about this.

In several fighting directions, a number of russian 220-mm flamethrower systems had been destroyed.

Thus, in the Novyi Bykov area, in the Chernihiv region, the undamaged TOS-1A Solntsepek of the russian military was seized.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine demonstrated the moment of when the two heavy flamethrower systems of the russian military got destroyed.

Also, the heavy transport and charging vehicles from the TOS-1A “Solntsepek” heavy flamethrower system had been seized in Kyiv and Chernihiv regions.

TOS-1A Solntsepek system is equipped with a reduced number of guiding elements – (24 instead of 30); and a new fire control system. Its transport and charging vehicle was developed based on the T-72.; It is also equipped with the MO.1.01.04 and MO.1.01.04M new unguided missiles.
