Ukrainian forces struck three railway bridges that are key links in the Russian military’s logistics network in southern Ukraine and Crimea.
According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, one of the targets was a railway bridge spanning the North Crimean Canal near the village of Rozdolne.
Russian forces use the bridge to transport supplies and support their military operations in the region.
The route is used to transport military equipment, ammunition, and fuel.
The second target was a railway bridge on the Tokmak axis near Petershagen in the Zaporizhzhia region. This section forms part of an internal lateral supply corridor that Russian forces use to rapidly move troops and equipment between rear areas and frontline positions.
The third target was the bridge across the Syvash near Chonhar. It is one of the most important land routes linking the Kherson region to Crimea.
Russian forces rely on the Chonhar corridor to move fuel, artillery ammunition, and military equipment. The route is also used to rotate troops and reinforce units operating in the area.
The crossing remains a critical weak point in Russia’s logistics network, with few viable alternative routes available.
On the night of June 20, Ukrainian Defense Forces struck a road bridge over the Henichesk Strait near the occupied city of Henichesk in the Kherson region.
The bridge is used to maintain transport links and supply lines between occupied Crimea and Russian forces operating on the southern front.
In addition, on the night of June 15, Ukrainian drones struck a bridge over the Hruzkyi Yelanchyk River in Novoazovsk, as well as Russian military trucks on the bridge.
Notably, the bridge is on the M14 Highway and is one of the main supply routes connecting Russia to Mariupol.
