Ukrainian naval drones have disabled the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) marine terminal near Novorossiysk.

As a result of the attack, one of the berthing structures was critically damaged, making it impossible to operate it further, ASTRA reports.

The representatives of the terminal confirmed the suspension of cargo operations and the withdrawal of tankers outside the water area.

The emergency protection system automatically shut down the relevant pipelines, preventing oil from entering the Black Sea.

According to the CCC, unmanned boats of the Ukrainian Armed Forces completely neutralized the remote mooring equipment of VPO-2, which cannot be restored. As a result, oil shipments from the terminal have been suspended.

The press service of the Consortium clarified that the incident occurred on the morning of November 29, 2025. An inspection of the damage confirmed that the structure had suffered significant damage and was losing its technical suitability.

On November 29, attack drones also attacked the Afip oil refinery, causing a fire to break out on the territory of the enterprise.
