In the Kharkiv region, the invaders completed building the crossing over the Oskil river – media

Russian occupation forces have completed building the crossing over the Oskil River and it is now operational.

This is demonstrated by a satellite image from June 19, which was made available by the TV program “Schemes” (Radio Liberty).

The crossing was constructed near the temporarily occupied village of Kupiansk-Vuzlovyi in the Kharkiv region.

Planet Labs satellite captured the completed crossing in close proximity to the destroyed railway bridge.

The program`s journalists showed these images to experts who concluded that the active construction and installation work had been completed, and the construction platform itself had been moved away from the construction site.

According to them, this crossing is an alternative to the railway bridge, which is not currently operational.

The satellite had recorded the process of the river crossing construction on June 3.

“Schemes” note that the first signs of construction preparation appeared in late May.

On June 6, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that the engineering detachments of the enemy were working to restore the destroyed railway bridge over the Oskil River near the Kupyansk-Vuzlovyi railway station.

On the afternoon of June 18, the Russian invaders shelled Kharkiv. The Industrial Zone of the city was hit.

9B899 devices were found in Kharkiv after the shelling. The 9B899 device that broke through the asphalt was first noticed by passers-by; they perceived it to be an unexploded projectile.

Russia is installing special decoy devices in its missiles. They were designed to help penetrate the Ukrainian air defense system. 9B899 devices do not have a self-destruct system, thus they are often found after the Russian shelling of Ukrainian cities.
