Canadian company Inkas presented its new M1 MRAP armored vehicle at the Milipol 2025 international exhibition in Paris.

The M1 is designed for patrolling and escort operations in high-risk environments, Army Recognition reports.

The vehicle weighs 13.5 tons, features independent suspension, and is powered by a 375-hp Cummins engine.

It meets STANAG 4569 protection standards at levels 4a and 4b, allowing it to withstand up to 10 kilograms of explosives under the wheels or the center of the hull.

Its dimensions allow the M1 to be transported by C-130 or A400M aircraft. The vehicle can navigate steep slopes and water obstacles and can carry up to 10 personnel, including the crew and fully equipped soldiers.

The M1 has a range of over 600 km, a top speed of 110 km/h, and can operate autonomously thanks to eight high-capacity batteries. It is equipped with climate control and a silent generator.

Since its Milipol 2025 debut, the armored vehicle has attracted interest from countries in the Middle East and North Africa, with some already testing it under local conditions.
