Azerbaijan announced a new aid package for Ukraine, which would include mechanical mine clearance vehicles.

This became known during the meeting of the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Bohdan Drapiaty, with the Azerbaijani delegation headed by the Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Ukraine, Seymour Mardaliev.

The main topic of the negotiations was the issue of humanitarian demining in Ukraine and the assistance of Baku in this regard.

Azerbaijan joins the list of countries that will conduct training for Ukrainian specialists in the field of demining.

“We want to express our admiration for your resilience and courage in repelling the aggression of the Russian Federation. That is why we decided to increase the size of the aid package to Ukraine, in particular, on the issue of humanitarian demining. We have already made political commitments to help Ukraine,” Mardaliev noted.
