On the night of August 29, there were reports of loud explosions in the temporarily occupied by the Russians Kherson and near the city.

According to the information on social networks and local publics, a military unit was destroyed in Kherson.

The multi-story building, where according to the locals the Russians were staying, was seriously damaged.

“Military base…. the end… An accurate strike, right in the middle of the building… The invaders have come to pick up their colleagues,” local residents report.

Video recordings of the sounds of explosions during the night events in the city were released.

Also, according to local sources, at night a fire broke out in the camp of the Russian invasion forces in the urban-type village of Antonivka, in the suburbs of Kherson on the right bank of the Dnipro River.

Eyewitnesses heard the crack of slate as the Russians tried to put out the powerful flames.

The settlement is connected to the other side of the river by the Antonivskyi Bridge, which is under fire control of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The Ukrainian servicemen periodically strike the structure to reduce the logistical capabilities of the Russian invaders to support their grouping of troops on the right bank of the Dnipro River in the Kherson region.

As previously reported, on August 27, local residents reported powerful explosions in the Pivnichnyi block of temporarily occupied Kherson. Namely, the explosions took place near penal colony No. 90.

The windows in several buildings in the penal colony and in the windows of residential buildings that are located nearby flew out from the explosions.
