Ukrainian servicemen captured Russian invaders who had entered the outskirts of Robotyne in the Zaporizhzhia region.

The Operational Command West published the video of the incident.

The soldiers of the 65th Mechanized Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine captured the Russians.

The invaders have intensified their activities near Robotyne and are conducting assault operations to break through the Ukrainian defense in the Zaporizhzhia sector and gain new positions.

However, Ukrainian soldiers held the line, neutralized the invaders, and captured the enemy infantry, who stayed alive and did not have time to escape.

The same happened on February 19, when, as OSINT researchers discovered, a group of Russian invaders had broken through to the village of Robotyne on the western outskirts of the village.

After a combat engagement and the use of drones with ammunition, Ukrainian soldiers captured several Russians.

Another part of the invaders who resisted were eliminated during a firefight.

The SkyHunters-UAV Telegram channel posted a video of Ukrainian Armed Forces fighters knocking Russians out of an underground hideout and taking them prisoner.

On the morning of Tuesday, February 20, the Operational Command West reported that last night was difficult. However, Ukrainian soldiers are holding the line and repelling all Russian attacks in the Zaporizhzhia sector.

Russians continue trying to cut off the Ukrainian foothold in the Zaporizhzhia region, which was recaptured in the summer of 2023.

During the assault, the invaders use armored vehicles, tanks, and groups of infantry trying to take Ukrainian positions.
