The Swedish government has presented its 21st military aid package to Ukraine, worth a total of almost €1.2 billion.

A significant part of these funds will be used to strengthen air defense capabilities and develop strike capabilities, according to the Swedish Ministry of Defense.

The package includes expanding a joint project with Ukraine to produce Ukrainian long-range UAVs worth €524 million.

In addition, funds have been allocated to two projects to provide Ukraine with unmanned surface vehicles for maritime operations.

Approximately €280 million has been allocated for the purchase of Swedish grenade launchers, shells, and spare parts. This includes the supply of a large quantity of long-range artillery ammunition and 120 mm mines. The purchase of various types of 40 mm shells for air defense systems is also planned.
