Russia Received the Sixth Batch of Su-35S in 2025

The United Aircraft Corporation (UAC) has made a new delivery of Su-35S multi-role fighters to the Russian Aerospace Forces (VKS).

This was reported by the official UAC Telegram channel.

It is stated that this is the sixth batch of Su-35S delivered to the military in 2025.

The exact number of fighters in the new batch has not been disclosed. However, the published videos posted by UAC show at least two aircraft undergoing pre-acceptance procedures at the production facility.

The new Su-35Cs are manufactured under the aggressor country’s state defense order, which is scheduled to last until 2030.

According to the Oryx monitoring resource, since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, Russia has lost 8 fighters of this type.

The Su-35S is usually armed with medium-range R-77 or long-range R-37M air-to-air missiles and serves as cover for Su-34 fighter-bombers that drop guided bombs on Ukrainian positions.
