US military personnel and civilians were injured in an Iranian missile strike on an air base in Kuwait.

This was reported by Bloomberg.

The incident occurred after Kuwaiti air defense systems intercepted a ballistic missile.

An Iranian Fateh-110 missile fell near the Ali Al-Salem Air Base, and its debris damaged the facility’s infrastructure. About five people were injured, including US military personnel and contractors, but all sustained only minor injuries.

The attackers also damaged military equipment. At least one MQ-9 Reaper strike drone was destroyed, and another was severely damaged.

This strike occurred amid statements by Donald Trump regarding the resolution of the situation and possible agreements between the US and Iran.

Despite these statements, the parties continue to launch strikes, although their intensity has decreased. In a speech on Friday, Trump expressed readiness to make a final decision on the agreement, but Tehran has not commented on these signals, casting doubt on the success of the negotiations.

Meanwhile, the US Department of Defense has updated the casualty figures for Operation Epic Fury. In total, the operation has resulted in 14 military personnel killed and over 400 wounded.

Earlier, Militarnyi reported that as of April 3, 2026, the US had lost 13 military personnel killed and 365 wounded.
