VYRIY Launches Free School to Train Drone Industry Specialists

The Ukrainian company VYRIY has launched its own free school for training specialists in the drone industry.

According to the Tech School website, an offline course on assembling FPV drones is already available.

It lasts for 5 days, 4 hours each, at a location in Kyiv.

The next courses will be drone manufacturing and project management.

“In response to the needs of the frontline and security challenges in the country, the Ukrainian company VYRIY, which specializes in Military Tech, is opening a practical school for those who want to work in the production of unmanned vehicles and be useful to the country right now,” the company said in a press release.

The goal of the VYRIY Tech School project is to increase the number of qualified specialists in the most sought-after area of the defense industry, whose critical shortage prompts the manufacturer to try to change the situation in the industry through such steps.

Experienced engineers from Defense Tech, a leading Ukrainian company, will teach the classes. Applications can be submitted on the school’s website in the Courses section.

The company already employs more than 30 veterans and pays special attention to their support.

“This is an opportunity to get real-world experience, quickly learn a technology profession, and start a career that will benefit the country. The school also welcomes women who want to be more actively involved in building the country’s defense capabilities and supporting the Armed Forces,” the VYRIY team shares.

The five-day training course is absolutely free, and after successfully passing the exam, graduates receive an invitation to work in production. If they agree, the training week will be counted as a working week and paid for.

VYRIY is a Ukrainian military tech company that specializes in developments that bring victory closer. The company’s main products include FPV drones, ground control stations, and repeaters.

For three years, the company has been supplying products to all areas of the frontline and cooperating with more than 100 units of the Defense Forces of various branches of the armed forces, from individual FPV platoons to brigades.
