Ukrainian troops destroy Grad MLRS in the Donetsk and Kherson regions

To destroy the MLRS, Ukrainian defenders used FPV kamikazes. After a direct hit, a powerful explosion occurred, which probably destroyed the Russian Grad MLRS crew.

OSINT researchers of the WarArchive Telegram channel discovered that it happened south of the village of Novoselivka Persha in the Donetsk region. The Defense Forces drone recorded the result of the combat work of Ukrainian defenders on video.

The video of the destruction was published on Facebook by the 140th Marine Reconnaissance Bataillon of the Ukrainian Marine Corps.

The report said that the battalion’s soldiers discovered and destroyed a Russian MLRS in cooperation with artillery and attack drones.

The video captures the movement of a Russian Grad MLRS between firing positions in a wooded area, tracked by a Ukrainian reconnaissance drone.

After the hit, the Russian MLRS caught fire, and rockets flew out of the guides as it burned, indicating that the enemy BM-21 Grad had a loaded munition and was ready to fire at Ukrainian positions.

The WarArchive Telegram channel discovered from the video that this Russian rocket launcher was destroyed east of the village of Chelburda on the left bank of the Kherson region.
