The Ukrainian Air Assault Forces Command reports that in the area of intense hostilities, an armored group of one of the units of the Ukrainian paratroopers destroyed a separate Guards Red Banner Omsk-Novobuzhskaya Motorized Rifle Brigade of the Central Armed Forces of the Russian Federation stationed in Tomsk.

The exact location of the battles was not specified.

On that day, during the battle with the brave Ukrainian soldiers, many “liberators” had burned in the flames of their destroyed combat vehicles. And only some of them could be identified by the available documents,” said the Ukrainian Air Assault Forces Command.

Sergeant Sakkuziev Kairat Mukhanmadiyevich from Orenburg, who was a sniper and later a tank gunner, was identified.

Another young officer, Lieutenant Kochanovsky A.M., who was neutralized, was also identified by his armbands and shoulder straps.

“Apparently, none of the elite motorized infantry brigade from Tomsk expected such a development. They faced a strong, professional, and ruthless repulse of units of the Airborne Assault Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine,” stressed the paratroopers.
