A Ukrainian unmanned surface vessel struck the Russian Nefrit supply ship near a pier in the port of Sochi.
The OSINT channel Exilenova+ reported the incident.
According to open data, Nefrit is a multipurpose supply vessel designed to support offshore oil and gas operations.
The vessel operated in the Novorossiysk area and in the Black Sea.
Nefrit sailed under the Russian flag and was used to support maritime operations.
The vessel was struck on the morning of September 3 during a Ukrainian USV attack on the port of Sochi. Footage of the explosion near the pier and the aftermath of the attack has emerged online.
Earlier, reports claimed that a series of explosions occurred near the port during the attack. A Russian Pantsir SPAAGM system was also spotted near one of the strike locations.
