The occupation administration of Sevastopol has imposed a temporary ban on fuel sales, restricted the operation of shops and food service establishments, and canceled all large public gatherings.

This was announced by the Russian-appointed “governor” of the city, Mikhail Razvozhaev.

According to him, to save fuel supplies, fuel sales to the population will be suspended on June 22 and 23 in the city.

Refueling will be carried out only for special services that ensure the functioning of critical infrastructure and the city’s vital activities.

The operating mode of public transport is also changing. Ferry traffic will be suspended, only passenger launches will continue operating. It is worth noting that the Ukrainian Defense Forces recently struck at least three ferries near the Russian port of Kavkaz.

Large commercial facilities, including shopping malls, supermarkets and hypermarkets, will operate from 07:00 to 20:00. Small shops, kiosks and pharmacies will determine their own working hours. Food outlets will be able to operate from 08:00 to 20:00.

Street lighting will be temporarily switched off. In addition, due to the overload of power grids outside the city, temporary power outage schedules may be introduced.

All large public gatherings have been canceled from June 22 until a separate order from the occupation administration.

The day before, it was reported that the Ukrainian Defense Forces had struck the port of Kerch in the temporarily occupied Crimea and the port of Kavkaz in the Krasnodar Krai of the Russian Federation. The attacks resulted in large-scale fires, in particular at fuel infrastructure facilities.

Militarny recently reported that on the night of June 19-20, 2026, the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck an oil and gas production site and energy infrastructure facilities in temporarily occupied Crimea.

The main target was the Tavriyskaya TPP, also known as the Simferopol combined-cycle thermal power plant. In addition, the tanks of the terminal for transshipment and storage of liquefied gas and oil products of the Crimean fuel company “TES”, as well as a gas distribution station near the village of Zhuravlivka, were hit.
