The Ukrainian company Motor-G has introduced a Ukrainian engine capable of reaching speeds of up to 400 km/h.

Mykhailo Fedorov, First Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, announced this.

The development was primarily made possible by the BRAVE1 defense ecosystem, he said.

Although we recently mentioned that the production of certain components for UAVs in Ukraine turned out to be more expensive than their Chinese counterparts, this development has allowed to consistently receive high-quality components.

According to the official, more and more Ukrainian drones are being equipped with domestic engines and other parts.

This reduces dependence on imported components in critical segments.

Thus, Ukraine is confidently forming its own market of components for unmanned systems.

“The development of such solutions is aimed at strengthening the technological stability and defense capabilities of the state,” the Ministry of Digital Transformation emphasized.
