The Integral plant specializes in the production of electronic components, covering the entire cycle—from development to manufacturing.
Together with its subsidiary, Transistor, the plant manufactures microprocessors, microcontrollers, integrated circuits, transistors, diodes, radiation-hardened components, and other electronics used in military and space technology.
Both enterprises are under the jurisdiction of the Belarusian Ministry of Industry and are among the largest manufacturers of microelectronics in the country.
According to the DefenceIntelligenceofUkraine, as part of its cooperation with the Russian defense industry, the company supplies electronics for the production of Kh-101 cruise missiles, the Iskander-K, and the latest Izdeliye-30.
In addition, Ukrainian experts have identified electronic components manufactured by Integral in the debris of medium-range Oreshnik ballistic missiles.
According to the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine, as of mid-2024, the company had supplied Russia with over six million microchips worth $130 million, and the company’s profit for 2023 had increased more than 40-fold compared to 2021.
According to intelligence reports, Integral is expanding its production capacity for dual-use electronics. The new production facility was scheduled to begin operations in December 2025, and full-scale production is expected to be reached in 2026.
