The Syrian army has deployed Grad multiple launch rocket systems mounted on Toyota SUVs during an offensive against SDF positions in the Deir Hafer area.

The monitoring channel Syria Retold Daily published a video on X showing the movement of the equipment.

The footage captures a convoy of eleven combat vehicles lined up along a roadside before the start of a fire mission.

The system’s appearance suggests serial production. The vehicles have an identical design and a relatively high standard of workmanship, which argues against their being improvised in field workshops.

The systems shown are equipped with launcher blocks featuring 12 rocket rails.

Syrian military observers say the rocket launchers were manufactured by the Syrian company Ra’ed.

The company is directly subordinate to the Syrian Ministry of Defense and specializes in the development and modernization of weapons for military use.

Militarnyi previously reported that the Syrian army had received Turkish-made Ejder 6×6 armored personnel carriers.
