Ukrainian Defense Forces drones struck Russian S-300/S-400 air defense positions near Kerch and an electrical substation in the village of Marianivka, thr Kurman district, Crimea.
The Telegram channel Falcon Insight reported the strike.
According to NASA FIRMS satellite monitoring data, a fire was detected at the S-300/S-400 site, with thermal anomalies recorded at 02:20 a.m.
The satellite images confirm the presence there of prepared positions for surface-to-air missile system crews.
In addition, according to information from the Crimean Wind Telegram channel, drones of the Defense Forces also attacked a major grid substation, the 220/35 kV Marianivka substation.
According to reports from local residents, a fire broke out there as a result of the strike.
This 220 kV transit and distribution substation is part of the Dzhankoi Main Electrical Networks and is a component of a key energy corridor in the northern and central parts of Crimea: Simferopol CHP Plant – Elevatorna – Marianivka – Dzhankoi – Krasnoperekopsk.
Militarnyi previously reported that on June 28, strike drones attacked the Saki Thermal Power Plant near the city of Saky, resulting in a fire there.
