Ukrainian artillerymen neutralized two Russian MSTA-S self-propelled howitzers

Artillerymen of the Ukrainian Air Assault Forces and Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine neutralized the enemy 2S19 MSTA-S self-propelled howitzer.

The Ukrainian Air Assault Forces Command reported about this.

The statement emphasized that the artillery of the Defense Forces of Ukraine determines the priority targets for destruction.

“The hunt for the enemy’s priority targets continues! We continue to carry out combat missions and destroy the enemies of Ukraine!”, the statement reads.

Artillery fire is adjusted with a drone. The video shows a Russian howitzer burning after several shots.

The servicemen continued surveillance with the drone and recorded the detonation of the howitzer.

The ammunition that was located nearby probably also exploded.

The video also reveals the destruction of another howitzer, which was hidden in a forest.

Ukrainian Air Assault Forces Command noted in its statement that Ukrainian troops managed to destroy two enemy self-propelled howitzers.

The 152mm 2S19 MSTA-S self-propelled howitzer is designed to defeat artillery and mortar batteries, tanks and other armored vehicles, anti-tank weapons, manpower, air defense and anti-aircraft weapons, control points, as well as for the destruction of field fortifications.

As previously reported, the Ukrainian Air Assault Forces Command reported that soldiers of the 80th Air Assault Brigade neutralizes 2 enemy tanks with the Stugna-P ATGM.
