Strike drones hit an industrial facility in Yaroslavl.

Mikhail Yevrayev, the governor of the Yaroslavl region, reported that during operations involving Russian air defense and electronic warfare systems, debris from some of the drones fell onto the facility. No other details about the enterprise or its exact location have been released.

It’s worth noting that on the night of May 8, Ukrainian defense forces targeted the Russian Slavneft-YANOS oil refinery in Yaroslavl.

Eyewitness videos showed a large fire breaking out at the facility following the strike. Slavneft-YANOS is the largest oil refinery in Russia’s Central Federal District.

The oil refinery has the capacity to process up to 15 million tons of oil per year.

Overall, Ukrainian drones have repeatedly targeted Slavneft-YANOS in the past. In particular, on April 26, drones struck facilities within the refinery, causing another large fire. An earlier strike on the enterprise took place on the night of March 28.
